I am ​a Brooklyn-based writer, director, and sometimes casting director. Growing up across the U.S., China, and Canada, I had little guidance on how to adapt to each new environment. Since I can remember, I turned to art as an act of comfort and resilience. Both a place I can go home to and a painful (but needed) reckoning.

Having graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Film and TV, I am currently freelancing in production.

My work utilizes surreal yet playful imagery to depict identity in complex ways, inspired by growing up lonely with unlimited internet access. I am most interested in themes of disconnect, dreams, and the digital world.
